Mixity is a Tech for Good startup founded by three partners who are experts in technological and social innovation: Sandrine Charpentier, Dominique Crochu and Jérôme Fortineau.
After leading companies and technology organizations with high human stakes, they brought together their digital, CSR and data intelligence expertise to show that diversity and inclusion are factors of economic and social progress for all organizations

Expert in the gender in Tech, from social innovation and business support to the digital transformation of companies. In February 2019, she co-founded Mixity - with Dominique Crochu and Jérôme Fortineau - to develop the first digital Footprint platform of diversity and inclusion. From 2016 to 2019, she joins the national network of startup incubators, deploys and manages 1Kubator in Nantes. At the same time, she manages Digitaly to advise and train organizations in digital transformation and inclusion. Sandrine Charpentier founded SC Conseil in 2004 in Paris, a media and digital communications agency, then sold it in 2015 to settle in Nantes. Commitment: at the initiative of the creation of the nonprofit organization "Femmes du Digital Ouest des Pays de la Loire" en 2015 (1st regional network in favor of diversity and inclusion in digital).
Expert in sport and gender mix. Actively engaged for greater diversity and inclusion at the heart of various organizations, including sports and business. Digital partner since 2016. Former first director of digital at the French Football Federation until 2012. Commitment: selected, in 2018, as an ambassador for the Rugby World Cup (France 2023). Appointed in 2017 by the State Secretariat in charge of gender equality and the fight against discrimination at the Ministry of Sports (Sport and Women's Commission).
Currently runs a organisation specializing in Artificial Intelligence. After a ten-year career in a large international group, he has created and developed a technology organisation specializing in medical imaging in Europe, Asia and the United States. He has always paid attention to taking diversity and inclusion into account in the development of his activities. He especially has worked for the training and integration of young people from all walks of life by getting involved in the training of young people at the University of Nantes in parallel with his activities as a business leader. His visionary qualities led him in 2010 to co-invent a methodology for taking ethics into account in the development and implementation of digital solutions that exploit personal data.
Full-stack developer in an apprenticeship with the institut "Mines-Télécom - Atlantique" in the Software Engineer cycle. In July 2020, he joined the Mixity team for a three-year rotation. His mission within Mixity is to continue the development of the platform and contribute to the expansion of the organisation. From 2018 to 2020, he performed a DUT Computer Science and Networks within the University of Nantes and at the same time created and maintained various websites and software for professionals and a town hall.
D&I data analyst at Mixity, Nicolas is in charge of developing assessment tools, supporting clients on D&I subjects and mapping actors specializing in these subjects. With a master's degree in sustainable development economics and a master's degree in Corporate Social Responsibility, Nicolas joined the Mixity team in September 2020 to participate in a project in line with its values of openness and inclusion.
Graduated from a Bachelor MBA in Budapest and a Master in Strategic Management at IFAG in Nantes. With a rich and multicultural background, Alma joined the Mixity team in April 2021 as a digital communication and event project coordinator. She is in charge of helping companies to promote diversity and inclusion, in France and abroad.
Lead developer at Mixity. Graduated from Epitech in 2022. He is responsible for helping Mixity to develop and maintain its platform. He also manages projects with Nicolas.
Diversity and Inclusion project manager at Mixity alternating with IFAG in Nantes. Nayah joined the team in September 2021 for a 2 year work study period. Nayah missions are evaluation development and analysis, as well as D&I monitoring and customer support on the various D&I topics.
Full-stack developer graduated from Epitech, he joined Mixity team in March 2022. His mission is to help Mixity develop its platform and contribute to the organisation's expansion.
After graduating from Paris-Sorbonne University and Audencia Business School, Lina is eager to further embed the values of representation, diversity and inclusivity in her career. Since April 2022, she has been in charge of Diversity and Inclusion projects and studies at Mixity. Her missions are to provide support to clients on D&I issues, to follow up and analyse evaluations, to develop action plans and to monitor D&I issues and their evolution.
Expert in parenthood and work-life balance, she joined Mixity's teams in April 2022 to develop Mixity's ecosystem of strategic partners and business. Trained as an engineer, Myriam spent 10 years in the engineering field (Energy & Construction) where her gender awareness began. In 2019, she has created The French Working Mum to involve parent-employees, companies and organizations to better address career and parenthood reconciliation. She also created a Podcast to highlight the Role Models of a new career-parenthood balance. Commitment: Elles bougent, for the promotion of engineering professions among female students.
As an expert in International Business Development, Samin joined Mixity to boost the growth in France as well as new territories. Working with several financial market experts she got interested in the subject of ESG and particularly the social aspect and its development in Europe.
Full-stack web developer in apprenticeship for one year with EILCO and currently in a double degree programme with ENSIAS. She trained with a specialisation in Software Engineering at ENSIAS and is currently training with a specialisation in Data Science at EILCO. She joined the Mixity team in June 2022 for a 3 month summer internship and since then has continued on an apprenticeship contract. Her mission is to help the organisation develop its platform and work on new innovative projects.
Geoffrey joined the team in 2022 as Head of Sales and CS. After spending the last 10 years in Frenchtech startups and scale-ups, he decided to join the adventure to support Mixity's growth. Passionate about SaaS and customer experience, he promotes an inclusive and positive management focused on customers so as to participate in a project in line with his values of openness and inclusion.
A graduate of ECV Digital in Nantes, Danaëlle joined the Mixity team in December 2022 as a UX-UI Webdesigner. She is responsible for studying the needs of customers in their daily use of the Mixity platform, improving user paths and enhancing the platform. She also contributes to the development of the visible part of the platform.
